Headshot of Kira Lynn Laurin, psychotherapist

Does it feel like you’re lost at sea, the stability of the shore drifting further and further away?
Can life feel overwhelming and a struggle? Have you lost a sense of yourself?

As a therapist, I can acknowledge that life can be at times challenging, and it is a commitment to explore yourself every day. Feeling like someone is on your team can help us heal - someone there to offer a hand and help us navigate the waves of life, cultivating a place of growth with us. A compassionate, dedicated, and confidential space can help us explore the many facets of our lives.

I work with those who experienced emotional wounds in childhood, and queer and neurodivergent adults and teens (especially individuals questioning and diagnosed later in life). As a neurodivergent person myself, I can empathize with the fact that it feels like you have lost time and lost a sense of yourself. I also have experience and training in trauma-informed therapies and work with individuals who struggle with traumatic life experiences, especially trauma experienced in childhood.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation for individuals who want to learn more about how I practice and how I can support. All are welcome to reach out!
