Do you live in the aftermath of trauma?

Do you feel like you are lost on your life's path, losing a part of yourself?

Do you struggle with intense emotions and thoughts or feelings of depression and anxiety?

Are you seeking guidance on your path of healing?

I'm here to support you on your healing journey as you explore life after trauma. Emotions and thoughts can be at times overwhelming; therapy can help lead you to calmer waters.

I offer a nonjudgmental, affirmative and supportive space for all. My approach with clients is a person-centred one, focusing on strengths and supporting clients as they face challenges in their lives. I use modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I am also informed in Narrative-based approaches, and often use writing as a tool for healing.

I primarily work with clients who have experienced trauma in their lives, who have experienced a loss of their sense of self, who struggle with self-image, who struggle with grief, and those who experience anxiety and depression.

Kira brings a sense of safety and compassion to her therapeutic practice allowing clients to open up with ease. Her experience with ACT and person-centered therapy is hugely impactful.
