Are you searching for yourself?
Find balance and hope. Find yourself again with a supportive and compassionate therapist. In person in Hawkesbury, Ontario, and virtually across Ontario.
Can life feel overwhelming and a struggle? Have you lost a sense of yourself? Does it feel like you are alone out at sea, the shore getting further and further away?
As a therapist, I can acknowledge that life can be at times challenging, and it is a commitment to explore yourself every day. Feeling like someone is on your team can help us heal. Someone there to offer a hand and help us navigate the waves of life, cultivating a place of growth with us. A compassionate, dedicated, and confidential therapist can help us explore the many facets of our lives.
I work with those who experienced emotional wounds in childhood, painful and stressful life events, anxiety and stress, grieving from loss of themselves and others, and queer individuals. As a therapist with lived experience, I can empathize with the fact that it feels like you have lost time and lost a sense of yourself. I also have experience and training in trauma. Together, we can build on safety and compassion to explore deeply-rooted emotions and thoughts.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation for individuals who want to learn more about how I practice and how I can support. All are welcome to reach out!
