I offer a nonjudgmental, affirmative and supportive space for all. I utilize a person-centred approach, using modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and often use writing as a tool for healing.
I primarily work with clients who have experienced trauma in their lives, who have experienced a loss of their sense of self, who struggle with self-image, and those who experience anxiety and depression.
